I cannot upload the files. I have tried so many times, am obviously doing something wrong.
I don't have miscrosoft excel, so I used open office. Checked the box for Tab delimited, but it also had the comma box ticked, do I leave this ticked or not, also in the delimiter box has ", do I leave this as well. In the field box I changed it to text field. Then I clicked OK, but I couldn't save the file as Text (tab delimited) would only let me save as .csv, or I could save as excel file (.xml or xlt) or open office .od. Any help would be appreciated, completely out of my depth here, ready to start pulling hair out.

You don't really need to update the australia post at this stage, they are pretty new when the store is setup.

If you need it later, we can make a file for you.

I have set up all my delivery options so does that mean that every thing will work without having to install the A.P file? That's great, was really starting to stress about not being able to add that file.

BTW I must say that intelliworks stores are great, love the freedom to change anything, am very happy with the way things are starting to come together, a few glitches but nothing major.

Thanks, Trisha

Australia post file has been installed when the store is setup.

The reason we mention to update it in the user guide is just in case the file has been significantly changed.

Thanks admin, I hadn't realized that, thought I had to update the files myself.
