Is admin able to set up a secure page if we want customers to enter card details at time of order? I have a merchant account.

Secure page (SSL) option is available only to the paid service and requires a separated SSL for each store.

Is the SSL an additional set up or monthly fee? (when you are subscribed to the paid service that is)

We provide free SSL installation for paid service users. But we do not sell SSL certificates.

You can buy it from a number of the certificate providers. You usually buy a certificate for one or two years. Simply googling for SSL certificate, you will find the price range.

The Go Daddy certificate is very cheap compared to the others, have you used them before?
