Hi everyone, well I must say I love this shop after giving up on oscommerce, after so much stress and whiping out the front page!! this shop is wonderful and easy to use, but I have a couple of questions
I did a buy it now to see what happened, I received confirmation that someone had purchased something, but I went to the email address of the buyer and nothing came through, so I was wondering why they don't get an e mail saying thanks for the order its being processed. I also noticed that the order I received as the seller didn't have the e mail address of the buyer, so to e mail them I have to go and log into openstores to get their information, so i can e mail them. Would be good if that info came to me in the first place. Hope I making sense!!! lol
Can someone let me know as I ticked the box that said
Send Customer e mail notification for sales order processing, but this didn't happen??? What haven't I ticked?. And What does global.pms.order.notifyCustomerProcessing.ship mean?? I see that is on the Message Sent To Customer when Goods are Shipped form.

When you say the customers did not receive the thank you email, did you actually check the junk/bulk mail folder? Some email systems will classify the email as Junk/Bulk. After customer placed the order, you should have been warned to check their bulk/junk folder for the email.

This is a very good point. Will add the customer's email address in the email sent to store owner in the coming release. Thank you for the suggestion.

That is the only thing you need to tick, please check the junk/bulk folder for email.

parameter global.pms.order.notifyCustomerProcessing.ship is where you put some general messages. This message will be included to email sent to customer when you move the order status to dispatched.
