How can I set up my store so the customer is e-mailed at

* order placement,
* when invoiced,
* when payment processed and
* when the goods are dispatched ?

Also, when my 'dummy' customer registered the e-mail requiring confirmation wasn't received.

Hope this makes sense.

Ok.

I understand about the system not emailing invoices - I can live with that.

I'll issue the invoice manually via my accounting package.

I have checked the "Send customer email notification for sales order processing " config and it is definitely turned on.

I've also checked the 'dummy' customer's mailbox and there are no registration confirmation or payment/dispatch e-mails.

I've pm'ed you with the 'dummy' customer's addy so can you check the email logs and see what's a-miss ?

The dummy user email address is unknown as per PM sent to you.

Have you been able to work out why e-mails are not being sent to the 'dummy' user ?

Try to go to your Admin panel and change the config System default email address to

DoNotReply@openstores.com.au

and try it again.
