When customers log in to view their 'New Orders', have it where they have the option to modify their order/invoice from their end. Add/delete products as required.

*Only allow this if the system hasn't already processed the order as 'payment received' yet. Once payment has been received have it where they can no longer modify their order as it's in progress.

I keep having customers who make overly large orders and then keep wanting to delete certain products to make the delivery charges lower. They send numerous emails requesting deletion of certain products until they have it 'just right'. It would be so much easier if they can just do it themselves and then once it is paid that's it.

I only saw a 'cancel' button under New Orders, as a customer. Create a modify button for them to view it as we do when modifying. (products only, not delivery section).
